Caroline, Brian and Therese work and serve with many people worldwide, too numerous to list here, who advocate Christ consciousness within their respective fields and dharmas.

Caroline Hanstke

A psychologist who has served in the public and private sectors for more than thirty-five years, Caroline has extensive counseling, teaching, management and human resource experience. She runs a counseling practice in Calgary, Canada, and is a member of the College of Alberta Psychologists.

In 1990, Caroline co-founded The Sirius Consulting Company to help people and businesses succeed by applying the breakthrough Inner Family Archetype Model. Caroline has worked with hundreds of individuals and businesses, including multinational companies and government agencies, to effect positive changes in the workplace and to foster genuine growth in personal relationships. She has also presented numerous workshops and seminars in the United States and Canada and co-authored the books Why We Do What We Do: Four Pathways to Your Authentic Self and The Psychology of Success: Tapping the Blueprint of Your Highest Self.

Brian Emmanuel Grey

Like the medical intuitive who can tune into a person's body and detect the hidden cause of illnesses, Brian has an uncanny ability to tune into the root causes in a person's psyche that hold them back.

Brian had a near death experience as a child and two subsequent out of body experiences. His experience on the other side, his focus on the practical application of eastern and western spiritual principles, his Native American background and his extensive knowledge of astrology led him to discover four universal archetypes that dominate a person's conscious, subconscious, superconscious, and unconscious mind.

Since 1990, Brian has used the Inner Family Archetypes model, astrological expertise and other innovative concepts to coach individuals from all walks of life, and to assist companies in their human relations. Together with Caroline, he has worked with individuals and businesses worldwide. He co-authored the books Why We Do What We Do: Four Pathways to Your Authentic Self and The Psychology of Success: Tapping the Blueprint of Your Highest Self, and regularly offers workshops and seminars.

Therese Emmanuel Grey

Therese Emmanuel Grey has written about personal growth for more than a decade. She co-authored the books Why We Do What We Do: Four Pathways to Your Authentic Self and The Psychology of Success: Tapping the Blueprint of Your Highest Self. She has also written several spiritual children's books and has been published in dozens of magazines.

Therese facilitates the inner family archetype model, the Radiant Sherpa Retreats, the path of personal Christhood and the mystical experience in workshops, seminars, publications, and on the internet with other websites like www.sanatkumara.info and www.ethericretreats.com.
